ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Annual Subscriptions of £280 are due in advance on 1st May 20265 and should be paid to the Treasurer as soon as possible. (if agreed by Lodge Vote) Method of payment, bacs transfer to Faithful Lodge of Durham, Sort Code 20 83 73, Account No. 43857018, Reference Surname, Initial FLOD Member. Or instalments of £280.00 for 10 months = £280.00. Or by cheque / cash to the Treasurer.

These records are accessed and used solely by the Lodge Secretary and Treasurer for the normal administration of Masonic Lodge Business.”

New regulations come into force 25th May 2018 The general data protection regulations G.D.P.R. This will mean changes to our paperwork.
The printing of our Summons will need the written permission of all members to have their details on the Summons and Minutes, once permission is given, we can still print the Summons as at present. Your permission can be withdrawn any time you see fit.
All emails must in future be sent out Bcc to avoid any other person reading their names. This is to comply with G.D.P.R. Signed consent forms to be Issued.

1. To open the Lodge
2. To confirm the Minutes (as circulated) of the Regular meeting held on Monday 16th of April 2026.
3. A talk By W Bro R. J. Donmall Subject TBA.
4. Secretary to read out names of Brethren Qualified to occupy the Masters Chair.
5. W.Bro. Robert Brown PPJGW, having been nominated W.M. / ME by letter from
W.Bro. M. J. Morgan PPJGW, and seconded by W.Bro. C. S. MacLeod PPJGW, and Shall
Be declared. Worshipful Master, unless any member present calls for a ballot and
in the absence of any brother notifying the Lodge Secretary of his wish to be
elected. to that Office. In compliance with Rule 105 Book of Constitution.
6. W.Bro. C.J. P. Burgess having been nominated Treasurer by letter from W.Bro. R.J-Donmall and seconded by W.Bro. T. P. Glendenning and Shall be declared Treasurer, unless any member present calls for a ballot and in the absence of any Brother notifying the Lodge Secretary of his wish to be elected to the Office. In compliance with Rule 112 Book of Constitution
7. To Elect for the ensuing year: –
a) The Tyler in compliance with Rule 113 Book of Constitution to be left to the New Incoming Worshipful Master.
b) Appoint Two Representatives to serve on the Lodge Committee
c) Appoint Representative to serve on the Durham Benevolent Committee
d) Appoint Two Accounts Reviewers.
8. Notice of Motion given, To increase the Lodge Subscriptions by £ 5.00 per member per year. This to be seconded and voted on for on the night.
9. To transact other business as the W.M. may deem fit to bring before the Lodge.
